Making a team on one type makes it easy for challengers to win, unless your a type with multiple duel typings (I.E Water). It also makes defeating common counters an easiar task. Many forums have this. Basically you click multi quote on all the posts you want to quote then the last one quote then it will put all the quotes in your post.
