wow i didnt know there would still be alot of active members for pokemon. im some what new to the game just need a little help.

i play pokemon diamond.

i just stated breeding my team for competitive play, but missing some pokemon that you can only get from fire red like elekid.

so yeah add my friend code send me yours and lets battle.

some questions:

is iv breeding worth it?
good fire pokemon thinking about arcainine?

and to answer your questions:
Yes, IV breeding IS worth doing. as long as you EV train too. (you know what that is, right?)
and a good fire poke is:
Arcanine, yes. but not the best.
Moltres is good, and Entei.
Ho-Oh is good, but too good, he is "uber" if you know what that is (Click here to watch all the ubers)
Infernape is very good.
Blaziken is decent.
Charizard might be good.
Heatran is good.
Houndoom is good too.
Thats the best fire pokes (in my oppinion)

btw i left a topic in the pokemon discusion that would be awsome if you guys read is under the

ev/ lvl 100 topic made by me
it just has some more question that i need help with. its not asking about EV training you guys prob have to deal with that every day

4 hp
26 attack
24 defense
14 special atack
30 special defense and
29 speed
iss that good?

or should i try and breed for some better hp?

A) you can click "New Topic" to make your own into post
B) you go down stairs of any pokecenter, recive a "pal pad", then talk to a lady, "connect to wifi", then you can check it on your "pal pad"(sounds like a lot but only like a min or so)
