Trading Hacked Pokemon to my other game

i used an Action Replay to get Shaymin. When Pokemon Platinum comes out will i be able to trade it from Pearl to Platinum or do i need a legit one from ToysRUs?

You can trade both of them. Just can't put in GTS the legit one because on the Classic Ribbon.
