 weavile idea

so i was thinkin a max out speed n attack weavile lead sashed

fake out
ice shard
pursuit to try to catch the switch outs
brick break

2 priorities well 3 w/ pursuit in play its guaranteed 1st 2 hits w/o gettin touched w/ his attack is amazin good to get rid of some come leads w/ poor attack

i have one with max speed and attack
the moves you should have are brick break, ice punch, Night Slash, and X-Scissor

i would go with

Fake out
Ice Punch
Counter
Pursuit

Fake out has priority. Weavile has nice speed so i don't think you'll need ice shard unless you have Sword Dance. Brick is a meh because an ice punch stab does about the same amount of damage then brick break would do. I go with counter it's a lead weavile. Pursuit is just simple to trap the Psychic and hit them hard when they try to switch out.

well chico ice punch is a no cause i wanna lead w/ weavile if i can guarantee the first 2 hits it can piss ppl off or if i can catch the switch w/ pursuit

so i have brick break if i can catch a normal pokemon in there plus brick break pwns through barriers

True but would you actually leave Weavile in on something that set's up?

But the only problem is Ice Shard's going to be dealing LOL damage without a SD although it does get stab =/

Brick Break i can see what you mean i am currently breeding a Weavile if i get a good one i can promise you that ill give you a copy.

Yea but idk i would just suggest that you use an AntiVile because i see alot of metagross leads so i would use counter =/.

And if you worried about something Setting up on you why not just give Weavile Taunt?

so ice punch on a steel will do the same as brick break?

idk id have to say lead weaviles are pretty weak... a fake out won t do much against many leads people use nowadays considering i like to use bulky/wall leads


personally i think a hitmontop would be a lot better for this job

technician boost for:

fake out
bullet punch
mach punch
quick attack

lol counter is pointless weavile cant take hits lol even w/ the sash counter is no good

Counter is good >.> and you stated it "weavile can't take hits" sash activate's it does double the damage Razz

and if your up against a sp. sweeper then i hope your smart enough to switch out =/

lol well u c the sash counter isnt bad but they usually wont keep an attacker in for weavile to rape
