Sheer Cold is a banned move it breaks the Standard rules of the Metagame.

Im not sure why Raichu would have hyper beam i would suggest you use this moveset

Hitmonchan should only have one stab move and i would suggest you keep Close Combat and i suggest you take off Sky Uppercut and put Agility in.

As for Articuno Sheer Cold breaks the Standard rules so take it off you might want to try this moveset

Camrupt looks bad it doesn't even seem legit.... Fissure is also a banned move from standard rules so you might want to check this out

Things you might want to change on your team:

i suggest that you put a dark type of some sort like Umbreon so that your team isn't that weak to Psychic's

i feel that you need something that can set up Stealth Rocks faster like Azelf. Azelf is a good choice because he helps your team set up rocks and he also resist psychic's if i were you i would take out Camerupt and put Azelf in there

Also can you post the Ev's that you put into the pokes because that just makes it harder i set up a way of posting a RMT check it out

Although have your team has illeagal moves (eg OHKO moves) and i can see many problems like too many STAB moves on one guy eg venosaur. if i had the time id go through them all for yoou but i dont so ill tell you the thing that stands out the most. Lugia without psychic is terrible get rid of sky attack for it. and i think it can learn surf to so use that as a replacement for hydro pump and keep recover so your move set should look like this:

Don't use plates as items, work on your natures, and give EV spreads (i.e. 252 attack, 252 speed, 6 HP)

what Drew means by EV's is the most EVs you can have in a stat is 252(that is divisible by 4, lol), most stats you can max out are two, there are a max of 510 EV's in total so if you max out 2 stats you got 4-6 left over(4 to max out stats, 6 to get an effort Ribbon), so pick from 0-252 for a stat, and make the total=510
