Question about my bulbasaur's moveset!

I just got a venasaur from Prof. Monk and it just happened to have an adamant nature. I was pretty suprised and emmediatly wanted to EV train it in attack and -special defence-(not sure about special defence, any ideas if i should do special defence, defence, or speed, just tell me). I also wondered what my final moveset should be when i finally get my bulbasaur.

This is what i thought i might do.

Seed bomb
sleep powder
poison powder
sword dance

Do you guys/girls think it's a good moveset for an EVed bulbasaur in attack and special defence? -Not sure about special defence yet-

252 hp/252 atk/4 speed

sleep powder/outrage, seed bomb, swords dance, Earthquake

EDIT: how do i get it the TM earthquake? Also, are you suggesting i only EV train attack and HP?
