CHIMCHAR PURPLESURGE CHAT

IDEA

I propose that we make a purplesurge chat clan. For those of you that arent familiar with purplesurge chat there is a community out there that is known as purplsurge and there are many clans in that community for example UA= Ultimate Annialation, PS= Pwnstars, L2k= live to kill these are all tags you put in front of your name on the chat purplesurge is also attached to serbii which has thousands of ppl come on daily.

WHY

The reason to make a purplesurge chat clan would be to recruit members to the sight by having access to a forum with thousands of members we have the opportunity to recruit noobs or pros off the chat site to our clan. In turn the ppl we recruit would become part of our clan on purplesurge and join in our community also. All of the purplesurge chat clans have forums just like ours. But what is the difference you ask? they have thousands of people that go on their forums because of their clan.

HOW DO WE GET KNOWN

The way we get our clan recognition on the clan chat sites is we participate in clan wars. They have wars between the clans for example 10 clans participate and every clan gets their 6 best battlers to face off against the other clans whoever wins gets bragging rights and more recognition. Also you can make alliances with clans and be their freinds and such.

BATTLING BENEFITS

The benefit of battling against these other clans are that they are very good and you will gain alot of knowlege and experience battling. Also we can keep our gym leaders and everything normal and they will also get better.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

I started out on chimchar and then moved up to a purplesurge clan and it greatly helped my battling skills I went from being the worst battlers on chimchar to one of the better battlers actually holding my own with the likes of Maple, Jordan, Monkey, and others

As I always ask. Is it going to be the new main chat or another chat in the portal? Can all members get on it?(i think some things, like Oak at work wouldn't load it) Would we always use the same "top 6" members in clan wars, or would we let members with less skills battle and learn? Do I make the chat or do we just log on Serebii or something?
i think that's all I got to ask =)
and lol at the Maple, Jordan, and Monkey line, if the other 2 recall, we learned to EV at the same time, kindof like rivals then. Makes me happy to know my rivals and I were the old top dawgs.

It wont be the new main chat just another way to chat and get in contact with potential new members. And it would be the top 6 battlers unless someone couldnt battle at the time then someone could fill the spot and as far as members learning they will gain alot of new skills battling other clans and such the clan wars is just a way of establishing who is the best clan on purplesurge. And you dont have to log on to serbii to get on the chat once you make your clan you get a homepage link that you can run but if you decide to log on to serbii all you do is type /j #spp-wifi in to the chat thing just like if you are on a different chat and want to go into another clans room to talk to them or somthing. for expamle you type /j #UA to go to UA's chat room or /j #pawnstar to get on to pawnstars chat ect.

I can make this and I'm ready to destroy.

Ahh UA and PS, those where the days. I like this idea, seems like it could work

I think if we did a chimchar clan our tag could be somthing like

{CA} - chimchar assasins or if anyone else had ideas be free to put your opinion in

BuG you were the reason i was in UA then PS! ha.
But i like CA, its alright.

Purplesurge...the IRC server? I think this would work if it were properly implemented. If it fails, ah well, we tried. Although, for members to join, we would need to implement a Java IRC client on the site, considering some users' parents don't allow downloads of any kind. And even then, Java isn't automatically installed on everyones' computers. But anyway, IRC is the way to go, and I support this decision 85-90%.
