New Gym Leader Rule!

Due to the increase of gym leaders banning certain pokemon and members finding it harder and harder to assemble teams to battle with, I will establish a new rule.

Fair For Challenger Rule:
Gym Leader may EITHER ban certain pokemon from their gym OR use a filler. The point of a filler was to prevent banning pokemon in a gym and to even out the battle a little bit. So now if a gym leader chose to ban a certain pokemon...he/she may not use a filler. If they chose to use a filler, they may not ban certain pokemon. Secondly, If a gym leader chooses to ban pokemon, they may ban NO MORE THAN TWO!!!!!
Example: If I was the Fighting Type Gym Leader and I used Umbreon as my filler...I have to allow the challenger to use all pokemon, other than ubers of course. I may also say, "Yanmega and Alakazams are banned" if I make that comment, I MUST use all Fighting types.
Also if a Gym Leader bans a certain set for a pokemon, like if my Fighting Gym said "No Scarfed Alakazams", that would count as ONE of my banned pokemon...so even if you ban two pokemon's sets, that's all you get.

Gym Leaders have 24 hours to update gyms that ban 3+ pokes before I get you.

Opinion: It should be that gym leaders get 2 fillers since they cant ban anything, to help fight what they can no longer ban.

I side with Devin, just to make the gyms more challenging for those who wish to challenge them.

Banning pokemon is dumb. The point of pokemon is to adapt your team so there aren't any weaknesses but if there is you should have a plan to take it out. If people know there team is weak to a Roserade (Random Example) Then edit your team to have a Roserade counter. You can't just play standard battles and say btw no Gengar, Jolteon, Gyarados, or Suicune. Ok GL/HF. The gym leaders are supposed to be challenged as well as the challenger.

Heatran counters Mamoswine and Weavile, with Specs+Fire Blast you face own.
See? You don't need two fillers.
