Frontier Brain Try Outs.

Trying out for a Frontier Brain spot is simple. You will need to have a test from a tester. Most of the testers pass you and you passed(1/1 of the passes for now).
I will add you to the group if you get the pass. Simple. =)

Are people allowed to be gym leaders as well as fronteir brains? I am interested but would not like to give up my spot as gym leader in the process. Let me know, so I can figure out when/if testing is neccissary.

second post: nvm on my old question ive decided to try for a Frontier Brain, i want to do a little cup version, 3vs3.

I'd like to be a tester.

I'd prefer it to be the two best frontier brains, Monk. Maple and I are testers till the group gets 2 more members and the best two can be testers.

alright i would like to try out for a frontier brain,

my challenge would be simple, the challenger must use 6 starter pokemon from any of the regions to use againts my 6 starters that i chose (example, my veanasuar feralagator blazikin empoleon meganium and infernape vs the 6 starters u choose)battles will be single battle (or double, its up to the challenger) i have 6 starters already chosen (could change cause theres 12 total 3rd stage starters to choose from, 1st and 2nd stages wont be used)

This is a cave where you send out 1 pokemon each turn to go in to the darkness. (2 in double). You have either 3 or 6 pokemon depending on mode. When you send a Pokemon out, it has a 50-50 chance of finding a trainer. You can only send the same Pokemon every [u]3[/u] turns. Give me a try!

Ok, well, I am wanting to try out for a Frontier spot, but I have 2 options at the minute.

1. A basic monotype. before the match I say three types of pokemon, the challenger picks which of the three he/she prefers, then we have a 1 on 1 battle using them.

2. 3 v 3, with a twist. The pokemon used must be 1 Grass, 1 Water, 1 Fire. Similar to the starters, but it can be any. The secondary type doesnt matter, as long as it the first is one of the three.

I want to try out.

My rules are going to be: Double Battle, with only 4 Pokemon. The 4 Pokemon must have a seperate type(e.g say you send out Magikarp and... Sandshrew... ) this will be a level 100 battle with only NFE Pokemon. Thanks!

What's the lower CB?

Number 2: 3 vs 3 - 1 Fire, 1 Water and 1 Grass pokemon on each team. The pokemon chosen can be any pokemon of that type, as long as it is its first one for example - Heatran (Fire, Steel).

The battle itself will be the usual Level 100, Sleep Clause etc.
