Gen V starters. -Barf-

Okay, so the Gen V starters were released (for those of you who dont know). In my opinion, they are so awesome and everything good. <----Intense sarcasm. They don't have english names (confired) yet, or none as i know of. Basically, they didn't change teh starter types. There's grass, water, and fire. I'm not sure if they have 2 types later on in evolution or not, but im pretty sure they will. ANYWAYS, one is a grass snake named Tsutaja which has overgrow, the second is a fire pig named Pokabu, and the thirs is a sea otter named Mijumaru (all of these are japanese names). I guess they look, "cute" as some of my friends were saying, but i really don't feel like they're pokemon....The sea otter one doesn't even look like the pokemon artwork. But thats just my opinion. There's also methods of obtaining Zoruark and some new attacks and the new region, but i won't get into that. Hopefully gen v wont be disappointing...I guess all we can do now is wait for more corocoro releases Oh, and btw, im not 100% on top of this so if anyone else has some data that i got wrong (or missed) feel free to reply and correct me.

Random update facts to know:

A) The region's name is Isshu (イッシュ) and is located very far away.
Hiun City is Isshu's central city. "Hiun" means "bad luck" or "misfortune." It can also mean "clouds being blown by the wind."

B)Tsutaaja (ツタージャ) is the Grass Snake Pokemon, its ability is Overgrow, it is 0.6 m (2 ft) tall, and it weighs 8.1 kg (17.9 lbs). "Tsuta" means "ivy" and "ja" is one way of saying the word "snake."

C) Pokabu (ポカブ) is the Fire Pig Pokemon, its ability is Blaze, it stands 0.6 m (2 ft) tall, and it weighs 9.9 kg (21.9 lbs). The name derives from "pokapoka," which means "warm" in Japanese, and "bu," the sound a pig makes in Japanese culture (here it's "oink").

D) Mijumaru (ミジュマル) is the Sea Otter Pokemon, its ability is Torrent, it is 0.5 m (1.6 ft) tall, and it weighs 5.9 kg (13 lbs). "Mijuku" means "immature" and "maru" means "round" or "ball."

E) Zorua and Zoroark's ability is called Illusion (イリュージョン). It allows the two Pokemon to take on the appearance of other Pokemon.

F) Two new attacks are Trickery (イカサマ), which outputs damage depending on the opposing Pokemon's stats, and Claw Sharpen (つめとぎ), which raises your Attack and Accuracy. These are attacks that Zoroark can learn.
If you trade over the shiny Entei, Suicune, or Raikou from the the Ruler of Illusions: Zoroark movie ticket preorders, you can battle and capture a Level 25 Zoroark. During the battle, the Monster Fox Pokemon will take on the appearance of the Pokemon you traded over, and at several points it will revert to its original form (probably when weak). When it does, you can attempt to capture it.

does anyone think the final evolution will have 2 type like in generation 4? im not sure about grass and water types, but i think the fire pig will be fire/ground that or fire/steel, but fire/ground makes more sense to me.

How would that matter? Ken Sugimori drew it specifically for Pokemon so it's quite obviously Pokemon artwork.

Lol, well what i really mean by that is that pokemon has changed a lot and i miss the original pokemon. But everyone has their own opinions. maybe you like the artwork, and maybe i dont.

All of the starter trios excluding Gen. 2 had atleast one who had a due type.
Gen. 1=Grass/Poison(Yellow and after Fire Flying...but Red/Green/Blue was pure Fire if I recall correctly)
Gen. 3=Fire/Fighting, Water/Ground
Gen. 4=Fire/Fighting, Grass/Ground, Water/Steel
However, all of the first stages, excluding Bulbasuar, have only had one type. So in theory these three should be one type but the evolutions should have atleast one due type.
