Some notes:
1) A list of sign ups on your first post might be helpful to see how many people are in.
2) Prizes are usually a good thing to add. If you don't have anything to offer as a prize...maybe have a pool where every member in the tournament puts a pokemon into the pool. Winner takes all!
3) Don't forget to post a tournament tree when you get the people.

| I beat King...3-0 or 4-0...I forget. The main thing was I won and that's all that mattered, lol. So I advance. If Nips/Monty want to be in it...you can make them be matched up against each other.(Round 2 might have 1 person have no battle if you do it that way) Or slap them on as back-ups.
