Competition Dates:
12:00 a.m. UTC on Thursday, October 20, through 11:59 p.m. UTC on Monday, October 24, 2011

Registration Period:
8:00 p.m. UTC on Wednesday, October 12, until 11:59 p.m. UTC on Wednesday, October 19, 2011
※To participate, you must first register for the competition on the Pokémon Global Link (PGL).
※Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Once the participant limit is reached, registration will be closed.
※No one can enter the competition once it has begun. You must register for the competition on the PGL during the registration period.

Participant Limit:
35,000 (Limit increased due to demand.)

Ranking Results Announcement:
5:00 p.m. UTC, Tuesday, November 1 (Announcement time subject to change)
※No prizes will be distributed to top-ranking players.

Compatible Game Cards:
Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version

Competition Rules:
・Battle Format: Double Battle
・Rankings will be decided based on player Ratings at the end of the competition.
・Only Unova Pokédex No. 1-148 and No. 151 are usable in this competition.
※Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem cannot be used in this competition.
※For details, check the Rules section.

Participation Requirements:
・A Pokémon Trainer Club membership
・A Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version Game Card with a Game Sync ID registered in the PGL.
※If you have registered both Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version to a single PGL account, please choose only one version to use in this competition.
・A wireless Internet connection.
※There are no restrictions based on age. The 2011 Autumn Friendly is available in all countries supported by the Pokémon Trainer Club.

Short answer: Yes.

Using the "National Dex" Numbers. Numbers 1-494, 643, 644, and 646-649 are all banned. 647, 648, and 649 have yet to be released...so the only one of them you could have are hacks meaning they'd be banned reguardless of stats, typage, and movepool.
