pokemon up for grab!

Today i was breading pokemon i have a chimchar lvl1 with scatch leer and flamethrower, lvl 1 riolu with quick attact, foresight, endure and earthquake, and a lvl 1 spheal with watergun, swagger,rest and blizzard. I also have 6 of the eeveelutions. All evolved when they first hatched so they can learn there base move at lvl 15. If any one could bread me a piplup or anyother starters of any region that would be nice!
