should i take out ubers and i dont like lucario idk y but everone says hes an essantial and i have EV rare candys which means i get EV every level like the max EV i could get for that EV its weird and garchomp is uber??? hmmm and i meant to say dragon rush not pulse i wanna make a good team...

WoW is Pokémon Jargon for Will-0-Wisp, the burning move with 75 accuracy. T Punch (although it should probably be Tpunch, or some sort similar) is Thuderpunch, which is there primarily for Gyarados, who intimidates on the switch-in and sets up easy on Dusknoir with Substitute/Dragon Dance.

Garchomp and Groudon have to leave, or the rest of the team itself. If your team happens to have just one uber in it, it is comsidered a team appropriated the Uber tier meta game, by which some of your OU counterparts are outclassed by other Uber tiers, deeming the team a complete wreck. Taking out Garchomp and Groudon would relegate your team apt for OU battles, which is suggested since the majority of battles that occur here find the OU tiers a foundation for their pool of usable Pokémon. Reason being is that the the Uber tier list is relatively small and not as diverse as the OU tier pool, and most Ubers are difficult to obtain with auspicious IVs and natures.

For Alakazam, I'll propose Substitute over Recover, and Leftovers as the item. Substitute will prevent opposing Pokémon from paralyzing you or putting you to sleep. Phazers/Hazers will still get to you, but Taunt would seem more like a space-hogger on a Calm Mind set than would Subsitute. Leftovers should heal Alakazam nicely. Threats that come in would have to first deal with breaking Zam's Substitute as well, giving Zam a better chance at warding off "weak" counters. Timid Nature is good, and the EV spread could either be Offensively oriented or Defensively oriented. In this case, a Defensive might be better, with a little at least 180 Speed EVs and some SpDef EVs so that Calm Mind has a more dramatic effect.

Lucario is a decent counterpart for Alakzam, but probably isn't the best with Fighting and Ground common Physical moves that Lucario could still suffer from. However, alakazam is resistant to Fighting. Most probably, he'll be getting the Night Slash, Shadow Ball, or Megahorn--all of which Lucario resists. However, Lucario's set is pure crap. Swords Dance is okay, but Drain Punch is lame for anything with such amazing sweeping abilities. Close Combat is 2 times stronger, and 6/5 stronger than Cross Chop. Its also much more accurate. The Defense drops are not that big of a deal for Lucario, since his defenses aren't good--his resistances are really what cover up most of the time. Lucario still gets 2HKOd by CB Ttar Stone Edge, to which he is 4times resistant to. Anyway, the more ideal set would be

Lucario @ Life Orb [Steadfast]
Adamant: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- ExtremeSpeed
- Crunch/Bullet Punch.

I prefer Crunch, since it comes in handy most of the time and hits all Pokémon for at least neutral damage when combined with STAB Close Combat with the exception of Heracross and Toxicroak. Swords Dance first, then rip. ExtremeSpeed hits almost every pokémon faster than Lucario, dealing a crap load of damage with Swords Dance and Life Orb. About 90% of the time, it will OHKO. Exceptions include BP Speed boosts, Scarved Pokémon with decent bulk, and BP boosted faster Pokémon in Defense. Other than that, Gengar and Aerodactyl are the only problems, since they are immune to / resistant to ExtremeSpeed and can Focus Blast / Earthquake for SuperEffective damage, all respectively. Which is why Bullet Punch is there. There has been a minor shift to the offensive use of Pokémon, due primarily to the flaws of walls (critical hit hax, easy to be set up on/prevent set up with Taunt, etc.)

You're going to want something that can take Ground and Fighting for Lucario. Blastoise isn't that good without his Reflect/Light Screen gimmick (and still, he isn't as great as other Pokémon), and if Snorlax could Slack Off, I'd weigh 5000 lbs. That's not to mention the hilarity I just kick off of from seeing that you gave him Rollout...

oh, and just for the recod. Groudon and Garchomp are Physical Sweepers, not Special Sweepers. Fissure breaks the OHKO Clause, and to me, its against the rules to use Giga Impact or any other move that you have to recharge on. Yes, even Porygon-Z and Slaking shouldn't be using Hyper Beam/Giga Impact. I just laugh at people who use those moves.

sorry for double posting but i gonna take out garchomp should i replace with another dragon such as flygon???? and how do u get dusknoir to learn a egg move i never learned how to do that

Flygon isn't a bad choice for a replacement for Garchomp, but is obviously outclassed by Garchomp by far. However, the typing is the same and Flygon gets Roost and Levitate. Otherwise, all of his stats are worse except SpAtk, which is the same as Garchomp's.

You could consider using Dragonite, but Dragonite usage is for other purposes. Dragonite's speed is lacking and loses 1/4th of his HP when coming in on Stealth Rock, where his "defenses" are deteriorated when the argument that he has better defenses is made (which supposedly makes up for his mediocre speed). Neverthelss, Dragonite can Dragon Dance-STAB Outrage on of the highest Attack stats in Ou (and with only steel-types resisting). To say the least, he might come in handy for those ground-Fighting moves I mentioned, but he'd have to be bulky and whatnot. I personally prefer Salamence because of his Intimidate and better Speed, since bulky Flyers are hard to maintain without a good recovery move. And still, my bulky Zapdos has a hard time dealing with stealth Rock.

You'd do Egg moves on Dusknoir the same way you would on any other Pokémon, for the most part.

well thank you i see what your saying salamance is more of a fire dragon wouldnt you agree? Dragonnite can learn pretty much any eletric TM in the game and Salamace can do the same with fire so it pretty much comes down to states and if i want eletric or fire. if you think about it alot of ice pokemon are part water so if i choose Dragonite then those wont be a problem but Salamance can use fire which will take out none water ice Pokemon. its a very tough decision both having pros and cons

You're going to find Thunderbolt more useful, but Salamence's Dragon-Fire COmbo is only resisted by one Pokémon, which is Heatran. Even though you might be able to score a supereffective hit on Water types, you're still going to have problems with Grass Types, especially with Bulky ones like Celebi.
