The moves in this list are arranged by function code. The function code and the description are separated by a colon.

Descriptions in brackets mark places in the list where the effect is uncertain. They may change in the future as the attack's effect is better known.

Descriptions in braces were taken from the Ruby/Sapphire attack list and may not necessarily reflect their current effects.

Columns:

Name = Name of the move.
Type = Type of the move.
Dmg = Base damage of the move, used in the damage formula. If this value is greater than 0, then the move deals damage and the attack description will imply this without saying so directly. If this value is 1, the description will specify how the damage is calculated.
Cat = Move category3. Ph = Physical; Sp = Special; St = Status
Acc = Accuracy. Can be 0 if the move has no accuracy check.
PP = Initial total PP of the move. It can be raised using PP Up, etc.
Eff = Additional effect chance, a number from 0 through 100. If 0, this move has no additional effect. Otherwise, the attack description will describe the additional effects. Phrases that begin with "May" are considered additional effects. If there is more than one such phrase, it means that the move has more than one additional effect, processed separately.
Tgt = Target, specified in brackets. The number can be one of the following:
00 - Single non-user. If no opponent is selected, a random opposing Pokemon is selected as the opponent before attacks begin.
01 - No target
02 - Opposing Pokemon selected at random
04 - All opposing Pokemon
08 - All non-users
10 - User
20 - User's side
40 - Both sides
80 - Opposing Pokemon's side
100 - User's partner
200 - Single Pokemon on user's side
400 - Single opposing Pokemon
The descriptions use the word "opponent" to refer to a single target of the move.
Flags = Flags for the move:
a: This is a direct attack, for the purposes of abilities such as Poison Point, etc.
b: If a non-user used Protect or Detect and this attack targets it, this attack has no effect against that non-user.
c: This attack's effect can be redirected to the opponent by use of Magic Coat.
d: This attack's effect can be redirected to the user of Snatch. (Flags c and d are mutually exclusive.)
e: An accuracy check is performed for this attack. Therefore, Brightpowder and Lax Incense, if held by the opponent, can decrease this attack's accuracy.
f: If the user holds a King's Rock, the opponent may flinch after the user uses this attack and this attack is successful (a 10% chance). This is considered an additional effect for the purposes of Shield Dust, but not for the purposes of Serene Grace.
g: Unknown purpose.

I didnt know there where that many attacks DTG, where can you find Dig at? i cant find that TM anywhere.

lol thats not really nice! but i did get the info off another site but it was a VERY VERY VERY long time ago, and i noticed i saved the info on microsoft work but it wouldent let me copy and paste because i saved it on my laptop and im writing on a computer so i had to write it all down AGIAN!!! lol!!
so thats why my hand hurts alot! lol
(sorry to the site i got the info off!! i forgot what you were called!!)

ill make a post about the locations for those moves! ok
i only know the locations for dragon type moves for the moment lol Very Happy

YAY! i rember where dig is

TM28 Dig route 214


TM02 Dragon Claw Mt. Coronet
TM59 Dragon Pulse Victory Road

cannot get Outrage , DragonDance or any other dragon type move in the game,
your dragon pokemon should learn them by going up levels Very Happy
