17 gym leaders

I got this idea from monk and another forum.So the idea is to have 17 gym leaders, 1 for each type.That way more people have the chance to train a team and become gym leaders.It will attract more members and make this forum a lot more exciting.What do you guys think?

in my opinion, 8 is enough for now, we'll get 4 more when Drew feels we deserve an Elite 4, but one of each types allows too many gym leaders in my opinion
ALSO someone might be the only person who likes a certian type and (s)he might not be the correct gym leader, but the only trainer of said type

We dont have enough members for a Elite 4 yet.
Why should we then make 9 new Gym leaders?

17 is WAYYYY too much.

That means we have to get all of them capable of a commitment. Being VERY active and battling.

Plus, though we dont have one yet, the E4 could provide with 4 more types.

lol slanderous idea then being a gym leader would not be anyting important... anyone could put 6 poke together and battle...

Richard this is almost the exact same thing Monk was trying to say, why are you making threads that are almost exactly the same? anyways I agree with Dingen which is surprising >_> and Monkey of course, it just doesn't seem right, plus that would suck for challengers plus there aren't even 17 people that get on daily that are good battlers or can even battler (also there can't be a dragon gym anymore unless you use pogeymans like Gabite or Vibrava)

I agree with lenny's agreence(it that a word?) with dingen. We shouldn't have more gym leaders if we don't even have enough members.

Well on the old chimchar there was alot of active members because back then there was an elite 4,so maybe the elite 4 will attract more members.Also I suggest you have like a gym leader tourney to determine who is the strongest gym leader and the winner gets a spot in the elite 4, and maybe the runner up,hence opening up a gym leader spot for people like monk who want to be gym leaders.Forget about the 17 gym leaders,we dont have enough members.

screw me richard, I don't really care for leader much anymore, I didn't deserve it in the first place.
