Porygon i would recommand T-Bolt instead of Nasty Plot

These are the things I would change , You can do what ever you want mate these are my tips

don't listen to demon, your team is fine, just give E-vire an expert belt

ur team is really good but for electrivire, it would be better Cross Chop or Brick Break instead of Fire Punch and yea Monk is rite, give him an Expert Belt
also, it would be a great help in Salamence was a mixed sweeper since u already have A Spc. and Phy. Sweeper
MixMance is a great counter for both Blissey and Skarmory

cross chop gives more coverage also expert belt makes ur super effective hits harder n hes has a super effective move set

dd gives more attack and speed u use life orb for boosted attack he should brush off a good amount of hits cause of ability

espeon = useless when u can get someone much better in alakazam or gengar

its not bad u id suggest definitly a yanmega as u can protect ur first turn n then outspeed a lot of stuff

n then its up in the air gengar = amazin w/ scarf plus if they have their special wall in u can explode n moves alakazam is predictive
