My jolly growlithe has 31 IVs in speed and 24 IVs in attack,I checked in an IV battle.Im interested in your infernape what EVs does it have and moveset please?

I'll trade the Hitmontop for a good IVed Jolly Growlithe. But it has to have 31 for Atk and HP. The rest have to be decent (12+).
