Volt Tacle

How can you learn a pokemon volt tacle??
can somebody help me.

well with pikachu i think u give it the item ''light orb'' and just level it up. i would start to lv it up at lv 1 scince i dont know what lv it actually learns it...google it if this doesnt help.

edit:: ^-^-^most electric types can learn volt tackle by the same way pikachu can......^-^-^

you can not learn a Pokemon anything
but you can teach them
you can get a Pikachu with Volt Tacle by getting it off PBR
or breed a pikachu with light ball (works in emerald) might work in D/P

i know that both of those methods work....but i would recommend the breeding one...purely because then you would definitely be the OT!...and that's how i would do it......even though pikachus remind me of a certain loser........

yes i think breeding will be easier for you as the pichu is born knowing volt tackle which is handy dandy.
so give your pikachu a light ball (found on wild pichu and pikachu and somewhere else i think...)

Breed a pikachu that is holding light ball

um i can give a light ball to anyone who asks...i get two from all my male pikachus that spend their time being used as team testers......after i castrate them,i mean take their light balls away and then train them to level 100 to be used in battle a type testers against my flying dragons.

It works, I have now a pickachu with volt tackle
