Better or Worse??

How many people are happy at the rate this site is growing/worsening?? Does this site need change or keep everything the same??

Makes sense, but could you guys give some reasoning for new staff? Nothing negative's happening as far as we're concerned, fill me (us?) in.

Well maybe it's the loss of members and the gain of members who stay for a week or so. Also 2 of our main mods live in Norway and are only on in the mornings/night/ a little of the afternoon for the americans. Olivia isn't THAT active even though she is she's never on the CB.

Well, we can assign a new mod from America.

i didn't wanna say anything because it flurished last summer, then fell in the school year, i was gonna see what happened in the next summer, but we should deal with it now:

my suggestions:
A) a new layout, some people had complaints about it in the past, some people say that they can do banners, MAKE SOME FRIKEN CHIMCHAR FORUMS BANNERS AND ASK PEOPLE IF THEY LIKE IT!!!!!!!!, if most people do, i say we ask Drew to but up the new banner(i suck at arts, lol), but i say a chimchar on the banner might look nice

B) people say new staff, how about we send nominations to Drew, he filters out who would be good and who would suck, and then post a poll with the names, the winner there is a new mod.

C) EVERY MEMBER ask 2-3 friends to join, so we can have a full gym/E4 system and some E4 challangers, and we get 3-4 ACTIVE gym testers to test people

D) if there is anything else people want, say it and HOW to accomplish it

Yeah and also the new layout is cool but we still need to change the blue on the actual forum part if you know what I mean...
