i agree with moneky
it makes it more of a challenge to raise them yourself
and as someone with a busy life i can find time to ev train AND breed my pokes so bleeh to bug guy.

e4 and gyms could also take this as an advantage because you can raise the pokes perfectly and have very strong teams
and it would also ween out the lazy leaders lol

i dont think they should use other peoples pokemon because it takes the challenge out of being an elite 4 member.
