...i am in no way an expert on pokemon teams...that's thomas's field...lol...but i think it would look rather noobish having all three fully evolved starters in your party.....but i don't know...

and with the jolteon...what's the use of baton pass?....unless you have another electric waiting......which you do not......it is rather useless....i get the rather sad impression that you're a noob right?....nomatter we all start somewhere...so i say either ditch B/pass and replace it with something like swords dance......or ditch another move and replace that with swords dance.....anyways have fun! Very Happy

So far, move sets, type weakness, an EV spreads look pretty solid. Except on Blastoise and Charizard. You pretty much dedicated him as a special attacker, I would replace brick break with focus blast. On Blastoise I would take off eartquake and add rapid spin, it could help when sending in Charizard.

Brick Break over Focus Blast is actually debatable. The more common special walls are Blissey and Snorlax, both of which completely stop Charizard from efficiently sweeping, which is particularly important in Charizard's case in part to his inherent 4x weakness the seemingly ubiquitous Stealth Rock. Brick Break also serves well in breaking Reflect/Light Screen barriers which have been more frequently set up on Stat-boosting teams, such as where Salamence and Gyarados are the most present. Furthermore, Charizard's Attack is still respectable compared to his Special Attack, so using a mixed kind of combination is still viable.

Jolteon's Baton Pass is for passing up Substitutes. It is actually quite useful, but the only thing I would change for Jolteon would be the item. I suggest Petaya Berry over Leftovers for a better BP and using Jolteon as a lead, since Lucario works better on resistance switches (Ice and rock, more specifically) and for late-game sweeping. And make sure the HP is divisible by 4 at level 100 for the magic Sub number that will activate the Petaya after the third Substitute, so that you don't have to use 4 subs and worry about Sandstorm/Hail/Aftermath/Rough Skin/Poison/Burn/etc. If you're using leftovers, don't worry about the Magic Sub number.

I usually like to suggest a bulkier Blastoise and a Calm Venasaur, but both work as they are right now. Without a bulky Blastoise, your team is prone to Ground attacks, Earthquake in particular. Charizard is probably the only one that can safely switch in on a powerful one, but Hippowdon doesn't get OHKOd by HP Grass and can pull off a Stone Edge. Understandbly, Blastoise can survive one Earthquake and hope to OHKO with Surf, but he has no chance of OHKO on Swampert. Yet again, Charizard can come in, but sacrifices the chances of getting hit by 4x effective Stone Edge or STAb Waterfall. Besides, depending on Charizard for Ground-immunity is not a smart decision, with the Stealth Rock lying around. Yes, Venasur is Grass, but that doesn't necessarily mean it can take an easy hit by Earthquake. Venasaur is part Poison too, and therefore doesn't resist Ground. Yours has no Defense EVs and Venasaur's Defense stats is only better-than-average, so to speak.

The team coverage isn't bad, but the team overall seems a little weak. Scarfcross can cause complete chaos, you have no status absorbers, no (p)hazers, and your "defense" can barely support itself with Leftovers recovery. Venusaur can leech seed, but seems useless against Steels. The mono-typing and loose resistances, with the exception of Lucario and maybe Venasaur might be a defect when it comes to switching on various different types of attacks.
