Border Line tiers no longer exist?

So I've been absent from the Pokemon meta game for quite a while and realized that the BL tier section no longer exists (at least at Smogon). Does anyone know why?

I'm just amazed because the UU tier list has expanded to much of a degree that could yield for a larger variety of teams now.

Idk why but BL isn't as popular as UU but they should respect it how they respect UU.

...i didn't notice..haven't been on smogon for a while though....very interesting.......

Coz some were over powered and stuff so they just got rid and moved some up to OU and some down to UU

i dont really care about teirs... but sometimes i look so this must of been recent right??
i was on smogon only a few weeks ago lol.
maybe im just not very observant.....
oh well.
yeah you dont hear about BL battles very often. its always UU and OU lol.

I could be wrong but I think they are doing a UU test to see which pogeys should go to BL to make the tiers more balanced.

I'm just thinking the UUs aren't as balanced as they used to be now. I mean Milotic completely owns in UU, and I still remember when the watery snake was OU.

Oak and meow if Tiers hadn't existed then everyone would use "Ubers".

and dark wolf i know that without them the world would be a very difficult place
but i dont follow them too closely. ill take pokemon from anything and train them because i like them.
if there are any specific rules to a battle then i just swap them around to whats legal.
so teirs are helpful but meh. i can see their need but they arnt that fantastic. noone has to tell me magikarps crap........ lol

and yes i think we need two tiers.....uber and regular.....people will work out on their own which pokemon are stronger.....i don't care which tiermy pokes are in...so long as it aint uber...
