Possible pokemon silver and gold remake for DS

A possibly fake scan has been circulated all around the internet getting every Pokémon fanatic’s attention. It’s a scan featuring two box art covers exposing what looks to be a Pokémon Gold & Silver version remake for the Nintendo DS. Though I’m sure many fans were excited to see this scan there has still been no confirmation on a possible remake. Other sources indicate that GameFreak (Developers of The Pokémon video game series) has bought the rights to the names Dusk Gold & Dawn Silver. Although the Idea doesn’t seem so unlikely there’s still no solid proof.

im a bit obsessed with the gold silver remake stuff lol
but dusk gold and dawn silver are rumoured to be trademarked with a few others but this might just be a plot of nintendo to conceal possible future games because for years the names 'white gold, pokemon tourmaline and pokemon scarlet have been trademarked.
so who knows
but yeah thats a fakey there.

um yeah you forgot to mention it was circulated last year as a joke to see howmany people got excited...but nice trying to keep the news up to date....and if you are interested...there is a site out there listing all the copyrighted/trademarked game names from any company...i can't remember what it is called but it is a cool site it even had mystery dungeon 2 before it came out...

Well although some say it's fake or real, there is still the possibility that the remakes might make an appearence later on, I mean most would prefer the gold and silver games, I for one loved the game, but i am willing to bet that if someone does a petition and get it signed by a great amount of people, find a way to post it to the makers and they just might reconsider the remakes.

i thought that they were doing the remakes...just not as fast as some fans would hope...and was that a suggestion?...a remake petition?...we could host one here....and make banners to advertise it...we could be famous....and with great fame comes great bananas...or something like that from a really funny and immature movie that ripped of spider man amongst others...

The remakes of both silver and gold has got the pokemon fans riled up and well it will be a BIG dissapointment if they never gave the remakes a shot, I mean when pokemon silver and gold hit the stores, over where I live, it was instantly sold out within 1 day, so can you imagine what the remakes will be like?, bloody dang awesome, so yeah we could hold the petition here and some other forum sites to attract the pokemon fans to sign.

a remake would be cool but we just have to face it there is not going to be one anytime soon

How do you know? You never know. They might even make a new generation. You never know unless you work there which I highly doubt.

i think they should stop making new pokemon and start remaking some of the older games like silver, gold, crystal and maybe another remake of red and blue just for the hell of it. but they should defiantly remake silver and gold, it would make me happy

i have an emulator and that game but nintendo pokemon likes to resurrect gaems like that
