Instead of listing a bunch of pokemon I'll just say that I have ruby version (my starter is mudkip) and my friend has firered version (starter pokemon charmander)

You trade by Wi-Fi
That means you need a Wirless Internett Router or one of those Nintendo thingys used to gain access to the Wi-Fi
