I think it's time we invest our time into making an E4 when a few more people want to try out for gym.
The question is should it be in tourney form where gym leaders battle each other, or where it is done by the gym leader's win-loss ratio.

how about we let the current E4 pick their final two members, they have battled us, Maple is even a tester, they have heard of us on the CB, they know what being an E4 member means the best, so they should know who best suits the spot
