Vacation/Holiday/Away Notice Forum

a small thing that i've noticed lately is that when people go on vacation/holiday/away from a CPU no one knows where they are, and people say things without knowing(this is a lifelong concern of mine here, Oak had a family reunion for 1 week ages ago, no one knew where he was that week, lol)
so to clear it up, i suggest a Forum in the General Topic called "Going Away Notice" or "Vacation/Holiday Notice" so the person leaving can say that he/she is away for whatever reason
this way, if he/she is in a user group, people don't say that he/she is inactive and shouldn't be in it, and just about everyone on the site is needed or wanted at one time or another, knowing when he/she is away and for how long will help keep people from saying "he/she is inactive" or stuff like that, because making assumptions like that makes no one a winner
that's all i have to say about this topic, now go listen to music on the Dizzler Player, play the Dolphin Olympics Game(witch i hate), read a book, battle a battle, or go outside, just stop reading this post...it's over...

I don't think it needs it's whole forum. Maybe a sub forum in the intros section or just combine those two.
