Part 1(the staff and head admin)
Alrighty, we're loosing members like there is no tomorrow, something needs to be done, and fast. It's a reoccoring factor that people dislike Drew and his inactive staff, and quiet honestly, i agree. I've PM'd you Drew, multiple times of your staff's inactivity and your fear of change, guess what...IT'S KILLING THE SITE! Coming back from my trip to NY, i read a post from Slow, a bit worried with his name color and the title. His comments were about Drew and his staff, and the members agreed. We need change and we need it now. Drew said he'd step down if the site wanted it...well Drew, Slow opened the door for your exit, and members backed it up, sounds like the site wants you to step down. I feel it'd be best to let the site choose it's leader, we can PM Drew or post our votes. Which one gets the job done quicker i assume. Now a quick message to the members of Chimchar. You guys are the closest thing to real friends i have ever had, and i'll always respect you, and put my life on hold for you. I know i've resigned from a bit here lately, with life changes and all, so i'd rather NOT be voted. But if you guys feel me as fit to take over if Drew is true to his word, feel free to vote for me. I'll do what's best for Chimchar first, what's best for me second. But the point of this post is that people are asking you to step down Drew...are you a man of your word?

hence why i said part 1 should be redoing the staff, i think we need a staff who is willing to change when we need it first

I suppose we have to wait until Drew returns.

I'd prefer to step down actually. The main reason I stuck around is to talk to the select few who I had bonded with. I have other priorities and can't spend the time doing this any more.

My favorite thing to do now, Poll time! And as a quiet reminder to all our members out there, make school your first priority always. If pokemon is conflicting, forget about it, and move on. Pokemon will always be there,, but an education is not, and Monkey, if you make one smart-alec remark, I'm joining Thomas in the </3 Monkey Club.

but seriously who's on this poll do we nominate? if so by post or PMing Drew(assuming he has a moment to take nominations, or someone else could)

however many we need, i think 2-3 is a good number, but just nominate however many people you think would be good for head admin, we'll work on co-admins(either keep ZDingen, replace him, just add another whatever we need) after we get the head admin figered out
