| For HP, go to Route 212 and surf. All you will find surfing are Woopers and Quagsires who give 1 or 2 ev's. | |

| On Route 212, west/left of the Manner and south of Hearthome City is an elderly rich couple. They both can be battled multiple times but the woman has a Roselia that gives +2 Special Attack (gentleman has a Chatot for +1 Attack). Also, if you have Luck Incense or an Amulet Coin it's a relatively/easy $18,000 per battle.
Just in case others didn't know. Exp isn't bad either. Don't remember if the BF has changed their levels but Chatot gives 1000ish exp and Roselia 1400ish (or half if you're using Exp. Share like me presently lol). :3
Also here's a list of what gives what, just click their names to find their locations in the wild: List of Pokemon by Effort Value Yield

Lake of rage. 90% magikarp counter rate, so just surf and train. Each one gives 1 speed, and just avoid any gyarados you might fun into.
