Darkrai

IF YOU VOTE PLEASE VOICE YOUR OPINION!

Ok, I am completely against this.

But, recently a member have suggested Darkrai to be moved to OU on our tiers.

I am all for having Darkrai remain in the Uber tier. Due to the amazing speed amazing Special Attack and decent Defenses. Darkrai is almost guaranteed to get a sleep in with Dark Void. The trap passing will be ridiculous with Darkrai and especially with the ability to use Nasty Plot you can screw others over.

Me I say Darkrai is fine in Ubers.

90 base stat in both defenses is not always easy to kill off especially when some may EV in the defenses...

we rn't gonna make a poke OU because u have a certain set that might die if it misses. it is perfectly fine as OU

and with the sleep clause on, i cant sleep all your team

Im gonna go with OU, providing there is Sleep Clause in place.

I battled Trever earlier with his Darkrai, and OHKO'd it with a Close Combat from a specially based Mixape, so it isnt hard to KO.

I know alot of people may disagree, but Heracross is Bug/Fighting - Both of Darkrai's weaknesses, so it really isnt hard to counter

High spd and sp. atk mean it can easily ko stuff, and it is not weak to pursuit. Once it's main "checks" can be eliminated it can sweep. Darkrai has no counter in OU. BLissey dies from +2 focus blast.

How exactly did your Infernape out speed his Darkrai. Not only that Darkrai has no true counter even in Ubers!

Dark Void and then Nasty Plot on the switch and then you are able to sweep away.

ban some items off him, all the clause still apply.

Banning items off him won't do anything because his special attack and speed stats are still through the roof. On top of that he has decent defense stats. Oh yeah, he can also be a mix sweeper with a decent attack stat.

Darkrai was created as an Uber, it is staying that way. End of discussion. kthxbai

I might as well close this as the people that voted OU. Are giving no reason for it the be OU other than it getting OHKO'd by Infernape with Close Combat and that Heracross counters it despite not being able to get a hit on it will ruin the Heracross counter.
