| I'd go with Stone Edge on Garchomp over Fire Fang, as it hits Lugia a lot harder than anything else Garchomp has (even a SD Dragon Claw is a 2HKO).
I really don't see the point of 2 Stealth Rock setters on your team. If you really want Bronzong, I would suggest a dual screen-setter to allow Garchomp set-up time. With that said, I'd suggest a Dragon Dance Latios, as a Specs set wouldn't run as well alongside dual screens.
You're also running waaaaaaaaaay too much Speed on Starmie, in Ubers you really don't need all that Speed. I suggest a spread of 252 Sp Atk / 204 Spd / 54 Sp Def with a Modest Nature, although I have no idea why you're using Starmie over Scarf Kyogre, who does a better job in Ubers than Starmie ever could.
Ice is a great attacking type in Ubers, and going physical works well, but Lucario is far too slow (Ubers-wise) and too frail to really be viable. I suggest using another physical set-up sweeper that is resistant to Dark and Ice. Agility Metagross could work here, as could Choice Band Scizor or Scarf Iron Head Jirachi (Jirachi and Meta are neutral to Dark, but they have enough defenses to make most hits a 2HKO).

Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk) Calm - Taunt Toxic/Knock Off - Stealth Rock - Spikes - Extremespeed Recover --- I never see the point of suicide SR pokes. SR is a good move...but not worth losing a pokemon over. Not to mention to get the Spikes AND SR up you'll need 4 turns of set up. The Focus Sash gives you one extra turn for setting up...but that's about it. I'd go with a Defensive Form of Deoxys, more Bulky EVs, Leftovers, and Recover/Knock Off/Toxic as opposed to Taunt and Extreme Speed. --- Garchomp (M) @ Haban Berry Ability: Sand Veil EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Earthquake - Dragon Claw/Outrage - Swords Dance - Fire Fang Stone Edge --- As Cirrus said Stone Edge over Fire Fang in Ubers(use Fire Fang in OU). If you NEED Fire Fang for the occasional Forrtress, Skarm, or Levitat-Zong then go Outrage and Fire Fang. If you fear more of Lugia ok Rain Based Teams(Kyogre/Manaphy causes this) use Stone Edge. --- Bronzong @ Leftovers Light Clay Ability: Levitate EVs: 252 HP/86 Atk/80 Def/92 SDef Sassy nature (+SDef, -Spd) - Stealth Rock Reflect - Hidden Power [Ice] Light Screen - Gyro Ball - Payback/Hidden Power(Ice) --- I don't think people run Rapid Spin in Ubers...but the second SR poke helps if you see those Spinning Forrtresses. Honestly there is more your Zong can do for a team. Cirrus said the Duel Screener...and that is the same use I would suggest if you already have a SR poke. Other options are Trick, Calm Mind, or Trick Room. I'd suggest them in said order. In all honesty due to the more specially based of the game, I'd suggest a Special Wall Blissey. Maybe throw on a Charm if you fear Scizor, Physical Deoxys-A, Chomp, DD Pokes, or anyother Physical guys. --- Latios (M) @ Choice Specs Ability: Levitate EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Draco Meteor - Grass Knot - Hidden Power [Fire] - Trick --- Specs Latios is fine. You have a good wack of Physical Pokes as is. DD would make your team FAR too Physical if you lose Starmie and face a Forrtress/Skarm you'd have issues. --- Lucario (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Inner Focus EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 SDef Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Swords Dance - Close Combat - Ice Punch - Substitute Extreme Speed/Bullet Punch --- I don't see the point of Sub AND Life Orb...kills you before you can pull off the full sweep from my experience. Also note that Luke is not the fastest of pokemon. I'd throw an Extreme Speed for Bullet Punch for some priority. CC is the best for STAB and Ice Punch is good for all the Flying/Dragons you encounter in the Ubers Metagame. --- Starmie @ Choice Scarf Ability: Natural Cure EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/4 SDef 252 S.Att., 108 Speed, and 150 S.Def./Def./HP(any mix for the Bulk you want)
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk) Modest - Thunderbolt - Ice Beam - Hydro Pump - Grass Knot/Trick --- Timid + Scarf + 252 Speed EVs is massive overkill(541.5 to be exact) on the Speed department. Unless you come in after 2 DDs are set up or you face some other faster Scarfed pokemon all that Speed with a Scarf and no Trick is pointless. If you make it Modest your speed with the Scarf is 493.5. Cirrus's set has 475.5 Speed which is still a tad more than you need. I'd go Modest and Trick over Grass Knot with the 252 Speed If you feel the need to keep Grass Knot(I don't see what reason to keep Grass Knot in Ubers, OU it's best). If you want to keep Grass Knot then make it Modest and drop the Speed EVs to...108, making your speed 439.5 after the Scarf...enough to outspeed anything aside from Deoxys-Speed, Ninjask, or boosted Speed. This will give you some Bulk wherever you please to take some hits. --- Just my thoughts. Monkey
