Pokémon Natures

Nature's affects the growth rate of two stats, increasing one stat by 10% and decreasing another stat by 10%. There are five natures, though, that have no effect on the Pokémon's stat growth.
The type of Nature also determines what poffin flavor the Pokémon likes and dislikes.

Wow. I knew natures had an impact on stats but I thought the likes and dislikes of the poffins were randomized. I learned something new today! ^-^

This means that a Pikachu with a Lonley nature will have a much higher attack than the same Pikachu with a different nautre (at the same level, of course).

Natures are indeed random, though there are ways to manipulate the ones you want.
