How do you become a Prof. Aide?

Oak, i'm assuming this one is based on a test, but just want to be sure, i'll re-write a harder test if this is how one becomes an aide, just thought i'd double check how

I think the professors should be able to elect a person to be their aid of their choice and that person can learn from the professor to maybe one day become a professor theirselves

yeah, the professors should elect people based on their knowledge or how often they are on the site or whatever criteria they want.

yes ok then we can do that along with the prof aide test...if there is one...lol

like take the test....and then depending on your score eg 55% profs can pick an aide....as in all who scored over 55% can be picked as aides or whatever..then a prfo picks the one they like....
