Please Rate my future HG/SS in-game team

Any Changes of moves or pokes will be appreciated as long as it my in-game team better. P.S any pokemon changes you suggest most be from the 1st or 2nd generation because i dont want to go into 3rd & 4th gen. until the national dex is unlocked or something.

F-Gatr only learns Dragon Dance by breeding, can't be your starter and have the move
also, EVing in a game, especially a first run through, can be a pain, i really wouldn't suggest it, i'd say just pick a team with good type coverage, and good moves, and forget the whole natures and EVs in the play through
also, you shouldn't limit your team to just Gen. 1 and Gen. 2 guys, some of the pokemon have gotten their numbers shifted a bit higher, rumor has it that they got some guys from the newer games into it...but who would they pick? basicly from what i heard it is the pokemon from gen. 1 and gen. 2 that have newer evolutions that DON'T evolve with an item
Examples:
-Apoim evolves by learning Double Hit, so according to what i heard, Ambipom could be in HG/SS
-E-buzz evolves by the Electronizer item thing, so according to what i heard, E-Vire shouldn't be in HG/SS
