| E4 testing is currently underway.
The current 3 E4 members will be testers and you will need to get passes from ALL of us to make E4.

| Nicole doesn't really have a DS/Pokemon to do wifi battles, Monk. If someone would like wifi test only how will that work out?

| I've already said this, but I am interested in becoming E4. I'll contact you (Monk) if I see you here or on smogon. I see Nips and Monkey online here more often so I'll ask them for battles when I see them in the CB. Anyone else going for the spot? |

| Actually, from what happened on the CB, Nicole's steels are out of E4 and Freak's normals are in. I think Monk made the decision because Nicole hasn't been very active. IDK whats going on though.
