Chim Tiers Update.

Garchomp, Manaphy, and Latias have all been voted for OU here. HOWEVER until we can get more members to be active and vote on these polls, I'm gonna keep Smogon's as STANDARD here. If you'd like to battle with Chim Tiers OR VGC Regulations clear that up with your opponent first.

Monkey I think most of us would prefer Chim tiers and/or VGC as to Smogon.

For whoever says just use the Smogon Tiers, where do you put Latias? For months I've heard people swearing she should be OU now all the sudden they feel she should be Uber? Grow some balls and voice your own opinion. No offense to the people who think the Smogon Tiers are holier than now, but IMO the only time a Tier change should be done is if:
A) Your making your own tiers.
B) A pokemon's movepool, base stats, typeage, ect change.
When you have the usage that Smogon has you can make the accurate damage calcs that the pokemon would see so you have no real need to "test" a pokemon in a tier.

ya cause of the fact that smogon is the biggest community around and have so much pull over the metagame meanwhile in nintendo tournaments its not smogon based tiers at all

Just because theres a popular website with a list, doesn't mean its the best, Plus i dont agree with a lot of smogon's tier placings. I say make our own based on what we think (which we have) and use it! No need to worship an over glorified site that puts things in uber because its complaining members cant make teams that counter them.

i think that we should have options. i know this is more of a suggestion but here my idea

we have vgc, chimchar, and smogon teir lists. the gym leaders cna post what they use, and people can establish which they use. then upon battling people tell eachother which one they use so we can use whatever we like.

Personally I say VGC is the way to go. After all thats what Nintendo allows.

Well everyone has their preference. A lot of people don't like double battling, so i think that's why we should just establish what one we're using but have the 3 options.

Well I am just saying use their regulations on pokemon.
