Clan leader mod own clan

i did not know where to ask this
why can the clan leaders no longer mod there clans

I am also very curious to the explanation they give us, if any.

i beleive it has to do with the fact that once a person/group becomes the mod of a part of the forum(like you three and your clan forums) you are a forum mod.
i'm not sure if you guys stumbled upon that, but all of us(me as a mod of Prof. Forums) could ban people, maybe this was too much power for Drew's liking
this is my theory on it, if so, i think i would have lost my powers too...oh well, lets wait for Drew or ZDingen to give an official awnser...

We can't ban though.

when you guys were mods of your own clans you could ban people(non admin/mod/us 4), weather you saw that power or not

So why are you still a moderator of the lab and we can't manage our own clans....

Then you 4 should have been able to keep your powers. I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to mod your own forums.

@Slow my theory(NOT THE ACTUAL REASON) is that because they could have banned members and that is too much power than Drew wanted them to have...

Too much power came along with it for some reason. Such as being able to modify badge numbers and ban members as monkey has posted. Seeing as the clans just shine with activity (sarcasm), we as a staff can take care of them for now.

I guess its settled then.
Though drew, maple and others seemed to not know about the powers that they had, making them technically never there XD
But, its up to you.
