Hi-Fi Tournament

Another tournament right before school. It will follow standard rules, and will have a prize of my HP Fire 67 latias with 30 iv's in sp. atk and spd.

good luck to anyone who enters, and Monk, take charge of the tournament, or it will fail like the other tournaments and not make it past round one, so good luck tournament too, hope you don't die
