Hm.... I replaced Stone Edge with Crunch for Mewtwo (Mewtwo outspeeds Garchomp with 252 Spe EVs)'s Ice Beam.... and because if I taught it Stone Edge that would make 2 moves both him and Rayquaza have.

Hm... Groudon vs. Garchomp vs. Rayquaza as a Sweeper?
Groudon: Use against a Physical Sweeper and then Rock Polish (wont be OHKO'd thanks to Hi Def) and then can Sweep with his eyes closed. but obvious switchins (Grass Knot Latios, I-Beam Mewtwo, Surf Kyogre) destroy that...
Garchomp: Yache Berry and S-Dance. Do you need more?Problem: Outsped by Ice Beam Mewtwo.
Rayquaza: Dragon Dance and faceown. Problem: Stealth Rock and Thunders.

Now someone correct me if I am wrong...but I think all of the Arceuses released thus far have been lv. 100...meaning you can't increase EVs by battles. This being said you can only use Vitamins on him to EV him making the highest possible EV per stat 100. Now I haven't had as much time to study the game as I'd like too but from what I can recall the only legit EV spreads for Arceus can be 100/100/100/100/100/10, moving that 10 to whatever stat you least care for.

Stealth Rock is good against the OU Uber Rayquaza and Lugia.

Darn. Is it OK in battles if I hack an Azure Flute but the Arceus is NOT hacked? Or if I get an Arceus from a person with an Azure Flute? I guess not.

Oh, well. I'll find another good Physically Based Mix. Maybe make Garchomp the Atk. Sweeper and Rayquaza the Mix?

That is a good idea, I'll edit the first post.
But what about the mix? Should I hack the Azure Flute but not neccessarily the Arceus?

If you hack an Azure Flute then technically you obtained Arceus in an un-legit manor and there for it would be consitered a hack. Any Arceus from the Azure Flute is a hacked Arceus, the Azure Flute is not a legit item. The only Arceus' from what I recall is the Japanize Movie Event and the Toys R' Us Event.
