| Yeah, obama would of had my vote...if i could vote. Obama seems like a good president. But each one has their pros and cons so its really to what you prefer. Oh and btw..id be a first whoever would have gotten elected. Obama= first african american president mccain would probably pass away from old age soon within his rules and palin would thus become the first woman! just jokin, but you never know.. | |

You really should not let race become an issue when voting on things like these, especially when this particular vote has to do with the next leader of a country.
Voting for someone just because they are to be the first whatever is a poor excuse and typically shows that this election IS based on race.
I think people are afraid of what they may think as well as what others may think of them. "Oh, if I don't vote Obama, people will think I'm racist." or "Hm, you're voting McCain..are you racist?"
Lol...reading back over this, it sounds like I'm voting McCain...which I am...
Eh, I just don't feel too comfortable with that other guy running our country.

| People are wrongly accusing Obama of being a terrorist/being friends with terrorists. First he was a kid when he met with the terrorist who is now a college professor might I add. Obama can help the poor in this country and won't waste away the US's economy on war. Obama actually talks about HOW he's going to make change McCain only talks shit about Obama. Overall I believe Obama can fix this country enough where in maybe the next president or the one after can finish things up. Maybe not fix the trillions of dollars in debt because that will take some but at least then China wont have such a large influence on the economy and the government actions. Quite frankly I don't see how McCain plans on fixing anything and I'm surprised with you Oak I thought you'd be an Obama supporter, but then I still love you =P I don't blame you if you didn't read this so if you didn't just read this:
GO OBAMA! | |

| At first i was indifferent but now i reckon my vote would go to obama, if i was american and of age. purely because leading a country as big and as powerful as the US require leadership skills i haven't seen from McCain, namely maturity. also i think it wouldn't all that bad if that alaskan lady ,... Who's name escapes me was to overtake McCain for leadership of thier party. But that is just my opinion as an arrogant aussie outsider! | |

| Maybe we should vote for McCain so that Palin could have a chance at being the president and having at least some authority in America. I mean come on, why should we leave her to be the senator of such a loosely populated region? She's like one of those normal people we can relate to - a hockey mom that would definitely be better than the rest of us because she is just as related to us! Oh yeah, she's really religious and into killing animals too. So maybe we should agree with that part when we're playing Pokémon, and just say KILL Delibird!! or DON'T LET THE DEVIL CAPTURE YOUR SOUL!
Eh, look at Obama. He's black and he wants to give us education. Pft, we don't care about education because games are so much better.

| Politics is not something I like to discuss because I get too overhyped about it for no reason. To be honest, politics itself is a nuisance, and something we shouldnt really worry about. Even though I'm old enough to vote, Im not actually gonna waste my time doing so. Obama comes across to me as someone who is charismatic....like Kennedy, but yet inexperienced and though i think he's a good guy, I trust our nation under McCain. To be honest, Obama cant do a damn thing about Iraq or any of the problems we blame Bush for today. That all depends on Congress. | |

Exactly! Presidents dont have as much power as oyu think. He is located in teh Exeuctive branch..All they do is ENFORE THE LAWS. the legislative branch and judicial branch have more say in teh iraq issue than bush or the future preident ever will.
